We’re pleased to announce our new partnership with enoa, the European Network of Opera Academies, which supports artists from the opera sector in developing their professional careers.
Over the past 12 years, enoa has coordinated a network of 12 opera academies and 9 associate partners to provide support to over 1,500 artists, and develop and launch 17 European tours, 12 of which were world premieres.
Their 2016-2020 programme Young Opera Makers aimed to test innovative professional integration pathways and creative processes on a Europe-wide scale. It is followed by Empowering Opera, Breaking Boundaries for Institutions and Artists, which seeks to remove artistic and financial barriers as well as unconscious bias that hinder the appearance of new artistic expressions in all areas of the opera sector. enoa is supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Commission.
