Announcing the recipients of the Europe and Beyond mobility grant

Europe and Beyond is an international mobility programme aimed at expanding and diversifying the scope, ambition and impact of performing arts education across the European continent. The programme provides financial assistance enabling organisations and professionals based in selected countries to participate in RESEO activities while increasing the network’s geographical and cultural diversity.

For the very first edition, we look forward to welcoming the following artists to the RESEO Conference 2024:

Dmytro Grynov, dance artist, Ukraine

Dmytro Grynov focuses on social inclusivity, working with refugees and underrepresented communities. As an educator, he developed the “Free Limits” methodology, taught widely to both professionals and nonprofessionals, including children and displaced individuals.

Filip Petkovsky, academic, theatre director, and choreographer, North Macedonia

Filip Petkovski holds a Ph.D. in Culture and Performance from UCLA and an MA from the Choreomundus program. He has directed twelve professional productions across Europe and the U.S. and is a UNESCOcertified cultural heritage expert. Filip has published a monograph and numerous articles on dance, nationalism, and cultural heritage.

Oksana Sliubyk, soprano, Ukraine

Oksana Sliubyk graduated with distinction from the Lviv National Academy of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. A twotime International Opera Awards Foundation bursary recipient, she has performed with prestigious companies such as Northern Ireland Opera and I Virtuosi Ambulanti. Featured in *Opera Now* and on BBC Radio 3, Oksana is an Opera for Peace artist and winner of the Southbank Sinfonia Peter Hulsen Award. 

Emre Türktopu, artist manager, Turkey

Emre Türktopu studied Oboe performance at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir and earned a Master’s in Music Performance from the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana in Lugano, alongside management studies. He has performed at prestigious venues such as Konzerthaus Berlin and Rudolfinum Prague. Emre has also worked as a Project and Orchestra Manager at festivals across Europe, including Innsbrucker Festwochen and Moritzburg Festival.

Jovana SolunovicMitrovic, researcher and artist, Serbia

Jovana Solunovic Mitrovic is a director and doctoral student currently studying the digitisation of small opera forms. She has directed productions in Serbia and Norway and teaches singing and drama with a focus on innovation and sustainability in creative production.
